Control Objective:
Place a specified number of oranges into a box located on the conveyor
Control Specifications:
The following operation should be performed in this unit. Study the required
specifications and then create the pro and confirm the operation.
Process Flow:
Overall control
1) When [SW1] (24) on the operation panel is turned ON conveyor moves forward. When [SW1] (X24) is turned OFF, the conveyor stops.
2) When [PB1] (20) on the operation panel is pressed, Supply command (0) for the robot is turned ON. Supply command (0) is turned OFF when the robot has moved from the starting point. When Supply command (TO) is turned ON, the robot supplies a box.
Control of oranges
1) When the sensor for Box on conveyor (1) in the orange feeder is turned ON, the conveyor stops.
